How the Subconscious Can Heal the Body - The True Secrets of Metaphysical Healing - Oren Zarif

Can the subconscious to heal the body? This is a question that has occupied the minds of many people all over the world, but few have really understood the answers to this question. What we are talking about is the ability of the subconscious mind to heal the body and this is done through the emotional and mental state that is created.

When we think, we talk to the subconscious, or in other words, we talk to our inner mind. The subconscious is the inside chatter that we create with our own thoughts and emotions. We have voices in our heads that tell us things like, "You're moving too slowly" or "Don't make that mistake". These thoughts and emotions are then transmitted to us in the form of subliminal messaging.

What happens then is that these emotions create pathways in our minds that lead to health problems. For example, if we have a major problem in our life and we are unable to overcome it, the subliminal messages will still be there in our heads leading to a repetitive pattern of negativity and unhappiness. The subconscious mind does not want this to happen, so it heals the body by sending positive emotions.

When we have good emotions, we heal the body with happiness. This is because happy emotions create the right kind of vibrations in the body. What happens is that the body begins to put itself into place for what is expected to happen. For example, when we have a headache, the mind tends to worry about it. When this happens for an extended period, the brain believes that it has a real headache and therefore starts to create a headache pain.

As the mind plays with the body for this reason, what happens is that the healing process starts. The subconscious can heal the body through our thoughts and emotions. We have a choice on how we want things to be. If we change our thoughts and emotions, we can make an impact on the health of our bodies.

The subconscious has a part in healing the body because it is our nature to react emotionally to the things in our lives. In fact, our very emotions are healing the body. That is why the subconscious can heal the body. As the mind and emotions of a person go down, the vibration of their body also starts to change.

The key is to keep our mind calm and to pay attention to the emotional state of our body. Then, we just have to observe the changes that we are seeing on the surface. What is really happening is that the healing is taking place inside our body. We have to be patient enough with this process because this type of healing takes time. Our mind and body are connected, and once the healing process starts, keeping the mind calm is our top priority.

When our emotions are out of control, we usually have an imbalance inside our body. It is normal to have an emotional rollercoaster ride every now and then, but if it keeps getting worse, then we need to stop because healing will only take place if we stay calm. When this happens, the energy that is flowing through us, called chi, will start to get disrupted. This disruption will be manifest as illness or disease. The more we fight the illness or disease, the faster healing will take place.

Chi has been referred to as the invisible energy field that surrounds our bodies. If we do not maintain a proper balance, this energy field will get disturbed, and the illness will start to manifest. If we continue to meditate and pay attention to the emotions, we can learn how to bring back the harmony within our bodies. That is the reason why meditation is an important part of healing.

The second way that the subconscious can heal the body is through reprogramming the mind. Through hypnosis, a therapist can change the way that our mind thinks. We have been conditioned from birth to think certain things, and these thoughts become programmed in our minds. For example, if we were programmed to think that our bodies are fragile, we might develop osteoporosis, a common problem among elderly individuals. By learning to alter the way our mind thinks, we can completely heal our body.

The third way to heal the body is to restore the harmony between our body and mind. Meditation is a very powerful tool that helps us achieve this. By paying attention to the emotions, and changing the way we think, the imbalance can be completely healed. We need to be aware of the inner-workings of our mind in order to fully heal it.
