The power of the subconscious is a phenomenon that has been around since the beginning of time. Although a lot of people believe that it takes magic to get things done, it's actually quite the opposite. It is not magic at all. It just takes the mind to focus on what needs to be done and direct it through the conscious mind before it gets to the subconscious. This explains why you can heal a broken bone or make someone understand why they have made silly mistakes in their lives. The subconscious has the power to do pretty much anything.

The subconscious isn't asleep like our mind is, but it functions in the same way. The subconscious has the power to store and retrieve information and then use it. If you feed the subconscious with enough positive energies, it will begin to create miracles out of nothing. This works similar to how you can heal a physical injury by focusing your mind and energy on the injury itself. You focus on healing the entire area rather than just the part of the body that got hurt. The subconscious has the power to fix the body, mind, and environment for a living.

However, this power is also somewhat of a curse as well. Because the subconscious can store and retrieve information from our world, we as humans have to be careful with what gets stored in our subconscious and not allow it to control our lives. For instance, if a teenager starts to surf the internet at an early age, they are using a major portal to enter this world and get access to information that they won't know the full implications of. This type of over stimulation can lead to a person getting into serious trouble, especially when it comes to self-esteem and poor decision making.

When a person becomes aware of the subconscious's ability to shape their reality, they are often intrigued by how easily they can affect other areas of their life. This often leads to the practitioner wishing to change the way that they think and act in order to better their lives. Those who are able to tap into the power of the mind often find themselves with a better understanding of how the body functions and how they can affect the outcome in a positive way. This allows them to make positive changes in their mental and physical states. The more they learn about the mind, the more they can improve their quality of life.

Some of the ways that the subconscious mind can effect our lives is through hypnosis. The subconscious mind works closely with the conscious mind in creating our reality. By using hypnosis you are able to get yourself in a relaxed state and direct the subconscious mind to create the changes that you desire. Through the repetition of affirmations or simple statements, the conscious mind can be brought into a deep state of relaxation. This in turn creates a link between the subconscious mind and the conscious mind. From here, anything that the conscious mind believes will manifest in the subconscious mind, as long as those things remain positive.

Another way that the subconscious can heal the body is through energy healing. By working with energy from the sun or other sources, anyone can heal the body from many different illnesses. These energies flow through the body in such a way that it is virtually impossible for an ailment to exist without using energy from some place else. As energy moves from the sun or another source, it is picked up and used to heal the body. While it cannot work on its own, it can be directed into action in order to aid in the healing process.

One of the ways that the subconscious can heal the body is through the use of positive affirmations. Positive statements and thoughts can affect the subconscious and direct it in the right direction. For example, if you are feeling bad because you don't like the way that your stomach is feeling, you can convince yourself to feel better by repeating positive words or phrases to yourself. The subconscious will pick up on what you are saying subconsciously and begin to respond in kind.

The next time you are thinking negatively, you should think positively. The truth is, thoughts have the power to change reality. If you are trying to heal a particular ailment or body part, just imagine how it will feel if you change your way of thinking. Instead of thinking that you are sick, imagine that you are healthy and the subconscious will help you do just that!
