The subconscious can heal the body because it is where all of our thoughts are held. Our inner mind is the gatekeeper to all of our thoughts and beliefs. When our conscious mind is busy thinking about something, our subconscious mind has no idea what we are actually doing. If our thoughts and beliefs do not align with our inner guide, our subconscious can easily be guided into a more harmonious state.
All of our experiences can be seen by our subconscious mind. We may not even be aware that we are healing ourselves with this powerful tool. Even when we consciously decide not to do something or feel an emotion that conflicts with our inner guide, it can still be felt by our subconscious.
The subconscious helps us learn how to move toward our goals and aspirations. It is like a navigator on the ship. Without the navigator our ship could not travel. Without the navigator our health could not be properly monitored and healing would be much more difficult.
As we grow as individuals, our subconscious continues to grow. This gives us many options in regard to the type of guidance we receive. For example, if we are feeling angry, the subconscious can send us the love of someone else. If we are sad, the subliminal message given by the subconscious can be one of gratitude. If we are feeling frustrated, the subconscious can give us the encouraging news that it is okay to feel that way. Healing can be a very easy process if we learn how to get the support of our own subconscious.

The first step in healing is to find the conflict that we are struggling with. If we are angry at our spouse for some reason, we need to find the anger and work through that. If we are frustrated at our job, we need to pinpoint the work issues that are causing us frustration. Once we have identified the conflict, we can work on healing the mind.
The second step in the process is to align the mind with the necessary beliefs. This requires training the mind to accept new beliefs that will aid in healing. In order for this to work we must continue to practice changing the way we think as our subconscious mind is also working in the same manner. Once we have gained control of our thoughts we can then move onto healing our physical bodies. This is done through centering our self, clearing out negative beliefs and replacing them with empowering beliefs.

If we want to know how the subconscious can heal the body, we must remember that it is our mind that causes pain and suffering. So, if we focus our attention on the pain our mind causes, it will heal the area around the pain. What we focus our attention on affects our body's ability to heal itself. If we focus on negative beliefs, such as anger or negativity, we will manifest these beliefs into our lives. If we choose to ignore the pain our minds perceive, the pain will become more intense. However, if we decide to confront those beliefs we can change the path our mind takes so that we can effectively change the outcome of what we experience.
How the subconscious can heal the body is through centering the mind. We must train our minds to focus only on the good things in our lives and ignoring the bad. By centering the mind we become aware that we are using our body as a vehicle for our spirit and that when we use it correctly the body can do amazing things for us. By centering the mind we give ourselves the power to heal ourselves. The more we focus on healing the body the more healed we will be.
