Did you know that your subconscious can heal the body? It has been proven time and again. If you allow the mind to have free rein of your life, there is no telling what it can do to affect the health of your body. This is especially true when it comes to illness. However, I must warn you that most people are not aware of the power that their mind holds over their body.
Your mind and your body are one in the same. The energy that flows through your body carries messages from your conscious mind to your subconscious. The subconscious also controls your emotions and beliefs. When you learn how to reconnect these energies then you will begin the process of healing your body. I call this the "miracle cure" because it takes nothing more than your willingness to believe in yourself.
Can the subconscious to heal the body? Yes, it can. If you want to change the way you think about yourself you need to get clear on what it is that you believe about yourself. The first step is to discover what these beliefs are and take a look at them very carefully. Once you have identified those negative beliefs about yourself then it is time to put a stop to them.
To begin the healing process you must return to a healthy diet. A healthy diet is necessary for your mind as well as your body. Without a healthy diet your mind cannot focus on attaining a healthy body. As your mind believes that you are not eating a healthy diet then you begin to send messages to your body about this poor diet.
For example, you may tell your body that you are not getting enough antioxidants or you are not drinking enough water. You are sending positive messages to your body about how you feel. As your mind believes these messages, you will begin to respond in kind by putting more thought into your food choices. Instead of choosing unhealthy foods that will hurt your body, you will be picking up foods that are healthy and that will bring you a healthy body. You will be sending the positive messages to your mind instead of the negative ones. This is how you begin to heal the body.
As you work on changing the beliefs you have about yourself, you must also work to remove any negative behaviors that are associated with that belief. These behaviors will not only harm your body but they will be a hindrance to your healing process. For example, if you think that you are fat you are probably not going to exercise. You must do some exercise in order to lose the fat around your body. You can do the exercises at home or you can join a gym where you can get the help of a personal trainer to help you set up an effective and healthy exercise routine for you.
Another important part of the healing process is to eliminate the negative thoughts you have about your body. If you focus on the parts of your body that you do not like you will be working on eliminating the bad thoughts you have in your mind. One way to do this is to learn about the different parts of your body so that you can be more aware of what you are focusing on. Focus on your stomach for a few minutes each day so that you can start to notice all the little things. As you do this you will soon be able to identify negative thoughts and you will be able to eliminate them from your mind.
The last part of the healing process involves finding a way to love your body. Focus on the parts of your body that you do enjoy. It does not matter what you think. When you start to focus on the good parts of your body you will be able to bring them to the forefront. This will help to increase the overall feeling of health for you and your body. If you are serious about the healing process of your body then you should be working to love your body with all your heart.
